This is one of my fav lippes - Neutrogena Moisture Shine Lip Sheers, SPF 20.
Although this is discontinued now, and I guess this was never launched in India at all, I've been looking for it ever since.....:-(

Quality:
This lippie comes in a sleek metal case which is easy to carry anywhere.
The stick glides on very smoothly on the lips. I believe this is true for any type of lips and it could be because of the moisturizing quality. It also has a SPF 20, so the lips are well protected.
Moisture shine? Oh yes! It keeps your lips moisturized for about 6 hours and the best part is it has the cool tingly sensation which I never experienced in any of my other lippies before. The color pay off isn't that good but it always helped as a tingly shiny lip gloss.
Price:around $9.00 incl tax (when I brought it in 2009)

Smell/Taste: Fragrance-free & has a tingly cool sensation on lips.
Packaging: Comes in sleek metal case, has a color indicator.

I wish Neutrogena brought back this lipstick, since this was my fav before I took to Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipcolor.

I love it for the case. I was sorry that discontinued it also.
